DescriptionQuantum Sky is searching for an Acquistion Support Specialist Mid to support our office in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities:
Opening for 1 person to support Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Maritime, Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations Program Office (PMW 410), providing scheduling support to the Horizon program.
Assist in coordinating schedules between program management, customer, and contractors by participating in program reviews and associated events.
Assist in identifying and resolving new issues that arise relating to changes with the planned acquisition/delivery/installation of systems.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience managing project schedules
- Experience using Microsoft Project and/or similar scheduling software
- Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams for collaboration
- Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly
- Ability to work cooperatively as a team member
- Ability to guide client through scheduling best practices
- Bachelor’s degree
Desired:
- Experience with Navy SIGINT systems
- Master's degree
- PMP Certification
- Agile Certification(s)

Compensation:
- Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $102,000-$122,000. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
