Job Description

Aurex is seeking a Senior Acquisition Program Integrator to support the execution of high-priority Department of Defense and U.S. Space Force acquisition programs. This role serves as a trusted advisor to government program leadership, providing acquisition, program management, and business operations support throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

The successful candidate will coordinate day-to-day program activities, develop executive-level briefings and correspondence, manage program documentation, and ensure compliance with DoD acquisition policies and statutory requirements. This individual will work closely with government stakeholders, program offices, and external organizations to support critical acquisition milestones, decision events, and program execution activities.

This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively across organizations, and help ensure successful program execution in a fast-paced national security environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support planning, execution, and oversight of Department of Defense acquisition programs throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
  • Prepare executive briefings, presentations, reports, correspondence, and acquisition documentation for senior government leadership.
  • Coordinate responses to taskings from government organizations, external agencies, and program stakeholders.
  • Support acquisition milestone planning, documentation, and decision events.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD acquisition regulations, statutory requirements, and policy updates.
  • Maintain accountability for sensitive program documentation and ensure proper handling, storage, and distribution.
  • Coordinate with government customers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to support program objectives.
  • Monitor program activities, schedules, risks, and deliverables to support successful execution.
  • Provide acquisition policy guidance and recommendations to government leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement of acquisition processes and program management practices.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting Department of Defense acquisition programs.
  • Experience with DoD acquisition lifecycle planning, program management, and business operations.
  • Experience supporting acquisition milestones and major program decision events.
  • Experience managing projects or programs through multiple phases of the acquisition lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of DoDI 5000.02, DoDI 5000.80, DoDI 5000.85, and DoDI 5000.87.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects from initiation through completion.
  • Ability to advise government leadership on acquisition policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Active Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting technical proposal evaluations.
  • Experience developing competitive and sole-source Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense space acquisition programs.
  • Experience with GPS and Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) programs.
  • Experience supporting the U.S. Space Force Space Systems Command (SSC).
  • Experience supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC).
  • Experience with GPS User Equipment programs.
  • Experience supporting Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreements.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational communication skills.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) Program Management Level I (or higher) certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Security Clearance
  • Active Secret security clearance is required.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

The salary range for this role is $195, 000 - $225,000 annually.
