Description Advanced C4 Solutions LLC is currently seeking an
Acquisition & Asset Management Manager to join their team in Washington, DC. The
Acquisition & Asset Management Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing acquisition support and enterprise asset management activities supporting the GMOS program. The position oversees property accountability for Government-furnished and contractor-managed hardware, software, and software licenses throughout their lifecycle. Responsibilities include inventory management, asset tracking, procurement coordination, lifecycle planning, biannual inventory audits, software license management, documentation, reporting, and coordination with Government stakeholders to ensure accountability and compliance across the enterprise IT environment.

Security Clearance Requirement: Must possess a current Secret Personnel Clearance (PCL) issued by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) prior to Task Order performance or billing. Interim clearances are acceptable (except reciprocal interims). U.S. Citizenship is required. A Top Secret (TS) Facility Clearance (FCL) is required at the company level. All personnel must comply with DoS security policies per 12 FAM 600 and the DD Form 254
Desired Certifications: - ITIL 4 Foundation (TOR references ITIL-based environments throughout)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow ITAM Certified (TOR C.5.5.2 references ServiceNow as the primary ITAM tool)
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) (acceptable - supply chain relevance)
- CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+) (basic IT literacy for asset management)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) (acceptable - program coordination)
Must Have Experience: - At least 7 years of experience in enterprise ITAM, procurement support, or IT lifecycle management in a Federal Government environment of similar size, scope, and complexity (TOR H.1.5 Required #1)
- At least 5 years of experience supporting IT asset lifecycle management, including hardware, software, and service inventory tracking, audit response, and compliance reporting (TOR H.1.5 Required #2)
- Experience maintaining a CMDB as the authoritative source for Configuration Items, including integration with ILMS and ServiceNow (TOR C.5.5.2.n)
- Experience conducting semi-annual software and bi-annual hardware inventory audits and preparing formal inventory reports (TOR C.5.5.2.j/k)
- Experience managing software license renewals, tracking expiration dates, and coordinating with contracting personnel at 30/60/90/180-day intervals (TOR C.5.5.2.h)
- Experience supporting Federal acquisition lifecycle processes, including preparation of procurement packages, IGCEs, and coordination with contracting offices (TOR C.5.5.1)
- Experience with ILMS (Integrated Logistics Management System) for property tracking and accountability (TOR C.5.5.2.a/d)
- Experience performing media sanitization and managing disposition of retired devices per DoS procedures (TOR C.5.5.2.m)
- Experience coordinating with DoS or Federal agency contracting offices (TOR C.5.5.1)
- Experience supporting enterprise IT environments with 50,000+ assets across domestic and overseas locations (TOR C.5.5.2)
