Job DescriptionWorking in collaboration with the Director of Risk Management, the Regulatory & Accreditation Program Manager functions as support for compliance with accreditation standards, state and federal regulations. Under the general supervision of the Director of Risk Management, the position manages functions to prepare the local Ministry continuum to meet external standards for accreditation, state and federal regulations.
Required Qualifications: - Upon hire: CSHA (Certified Specialist in Healthcare Accreditation) or HACP (Healthcare Accreditation Certified Professional), or must obtain within 1 year of hire
- 3 years of experience in an acute care facility.
- 2 years of experience working with accreditation standards, and state and federal regulations.
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related field.
- Upon hire: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
