Title: Accounting Specialist II
Location: Picatinny Arsenal, NJ (On-site, no exceptions)

Compensation: 75-100K DOE
Desired experience supporting all of the following: - Defense Travel System (DTS)
- Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A)
- PowerTrack (TAC)
- Defense Automated Time Attendance and Production System (DATAAPS / ATAAPS)
- Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)
Responsibilities:- Manage unliquidated obligations (ULOs), open commitments, and track financial transactions.
- Process invoices, billings, and cash collections, and resolve IDOC errors.
- Perform variance analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel tools, including pivot tables, macros, and formulas.
- Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and resolve complex financial issues.
- Collaborate with government staff and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and smooth operations.
Required: - Hands-on experience with all or most of the following: DTS, GCSS-A, PowerTrack (TAC), DATAAPS/ATAAPS, and WAWF.
- Expert Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, formulas, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work on-site at Picatinny Arsenal full-time-no exceptions.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Eligibility Requirements:(Preferred) Accounting/Finance Degree
(Required) 4-8 Years of experience within a military or government environment
