Title: Accounting Specialist II
Location:
Picatinny Arsenal, NJ (On-site, no exceptions)
Company: WisEngineering, LLC
Requirement: US Citizen - eligible to obtain secret clearance if required

Process: Skills and Technical Screening, Interviews (On Site), Security Background Check, References, Offer, Onboard!
Compensation: 75-100K DOE

Desired experience supporting all of the following:
  • Defense Travel System (DTS)
  • Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A)
  • PowerTrack (TAC)
  • Defense Automated Time Attendance and Production System (DATAAPS / ATAAPS)
  • Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)
Responsibilities:
  • Manage unliquidated obligations (ULOs), open commitments, and track financial transactions.
  • Process invoices, billings, and cash collections, and resolve IDOC errors.
  • Perform variance analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain advanced Excel tools, including pivot tables, macros, and formulas.
  • Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and resolve complex financial issues.
  • Collaborate with government staff and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and smooth operations.
Required:
  • Hands-on experience with all or most of the following: DTS, GCSS-A, PowerTrack (TAC), DATAAPS/ATAAPS, and WAWF.
  • Expert Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, formulas, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work on-site at Picatinny Arsenal full-time-no exceptions.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Eligibility Requirements:
(Preferred) Accounting/Finance Degree
(Required) 4-8 Years of experience within a military or government environment
