Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in nonprofit or multi-entity organizations.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit financial reporting standards.
Direct experience managing month-end and year-end closing processes.
Background supporting or coordinating financial statement audits.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; familiarity with donor management systems preferred.
Advanced Excel capabilities, including reconciliations and financial analysis.
Responsibilities
Record and classify all incoming funds and outgoing payments monthly.
Post bank activity not yet captured in the accounting system.
Reconcile and enter corporate credit card transactions.
Prepare monthly management financials for the U.S. office and regional chapters.
Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors throughout the audit cycle.
Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled and supported with appropriate documentation.
Assist with preparation of the annual Form 990 and related filings.

As Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, monthly and quarterly closes, inter-entity reporting, audit preparation, and financial oversight and its regional chapters.
