About the role

As the Accounting Manager (RTR Lead), you will oversee the Record‑to‑Report (RTR) process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with US GAAP, Thai GAAP, and internal control standards. You will lead monthly and year‑end closing activities, support audits, improve accounting procedures, and drive systems and process enhancements across the organization.

This role requires strong technical accounting expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and controllership stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead period closing and reporting processes accurately, efficiently, and within deadlines.

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.

  • Perform month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing activities.

  • Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments in compliance with accounting standards.

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, TFRS, US GAAP, Thai GAAP, and BOI requirements.

  • Implement and maintain effective accounting policies aligned with local and international standards.

  • Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for unusual transactions or significant changes.

  • Support controllership with proactive communication regarding potential risks or issues.

  • Participate in system upgrades to enhance financial reporting effectiveness.

  • Leverage SAP and related tools to streamline processes.

  • System implementation experience is highly preferred.

  • Support ad‑hoc requests and other duties assigned by management.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and compliance accuracy.
