Accounting ManagerManufacturing Environment | Leadership Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced
Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and help drive financial performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and partnering with teams across the business.
What You'll Do- Lead daily accounting operations including AP, AR, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, and Financial Reporting
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
- Partner with leadership to improve financial performance and control costs
- Support inventory accounting, audits, capital projects, and customer pricing analysis
- Develop and improve accounting processes, SOPs, and workflows
- Lead and mentor a small accounting team
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of accounting experience with 5+ years in leadership
- Manufacturing accounting experience required
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, SAP, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Additional Information- Supervises up to 3 exempt employees
- Office-based role with occasional exposure to manufacturing operations
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
