Background We're Interested In - Several years of progressive accounting experience with increasing responsibility
- Strong foundation in financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
- Experience working in organizations that are growing, evolving, or highly entrepreneurial
- Ability to analyze financial data and communicate findings to non-finance stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
- Proven track record of taking ownership and operating with minimal oversight
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Additional Experience That Would Be Valuable - CPA designation
- Public accounting background
- Hospitality, restaurant, retail, multi-unit, or consumer-facing business experience
- ERP experience, including NetSuite or similar platforms
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, or business analytics
