- A Brief Overview
- Oversees the day-to-day accounting operations and ensures the accurate and timely recording of Aetna Technology financial transactions. Supports financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. Takes ownership of accounting processes and drives process improvements.
What you will do- Conducts complex financial analysis to support decision-making and provides insights to senior management.
- Assists in the management of general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements and automation within the accounting function.
- Constructs internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of audit documentation and addressing audit findings.
- Helps establish financial projects, such as system implementations, process improvements, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Develops financial policies and procedures to ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjust priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest level of attention to detail.
For this role you will need Minimum Requirements- 5+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Experience with SAP, PowerPoint, Excel, Pivot Tables, and Analysis for Office
Preferred Qualifications - Prior leadership or managerial experience

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
