Qualifications

• 3 years of diverse experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), fixed assets, bank reconciliations, cash receipts, and billing.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Degree in Accounting is preferred.
• Experience in non-profit or foundation accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the accounting department and supervise staff.
• Analyze specific GL accounts monthly and provide necessary support.
• Prepare journal entries related to GL account analysis as required.
• Identify and implement policy and procedure changes for department improvements.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and investment reconciliations as needed.
• Update fixed asset accounting and manage related documentation.
• Prepare audit schedules and confirm all audit-related information for compliance.
