Position SummaryWe're looking for a dynamic Accounting Manager to join our team in Marlborough, MA!
In this role, you will be responsible for a multitude of accounting activities, including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end close, tax preparation, and support for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities. The ideal candidate enjoys operating in an extremely fast-paced environment and wants to be a key contributor on our team.
Essential Functions- Lead and oversee daily accounting operations.
- Drive the month-end close processes including journal entries, account reconciliation, and financial statement compilation.
- Develop and mentor a diverse accounting team, driving performance and professional growth across varying experience levels.
- Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement best practices and contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.
- Present financial information to executive management, providing insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate and facilitate external and internal audits, providing necessary documentation.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Ability to work on-site at our Marlborough, MA office Monday through Friday is required.
- Must have a strong knowledge of multi-ledger & multi-divisional accounting including intercompany accounting across a multitude of legal entities including multi-currency, and international transactions.
- Experience supervising accounting staff.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, journal entries, and fixed assets management.
- A minimum of five (5) years in a service-oriented business.

The range for this role is $106,750.00 - $135,000.00
