Role: Accounting Manager
Location: South Seattle
Work environment: 100% on site
Compensation: Base salary of $105k to $110k, dependent on experience

Our manufacturing/distribution client is seeking an Accounting Manager who thrives in a multi-entity environment and growing environment. This is a hands on manager with oversight of staff and day to day accounting.
Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle accounting including consolidated financials, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, and intercompany transactions.
- Lead month-end close activities
- Drive process improvements by documenting, standardizing, and enhancing accounting procedures and efficiencies
- Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with consolidations and international accounting (preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
