Role: Accounting Manager

Location: South Seattle

Work environment: 100% on site

Compensation: Base salary of $105k to $110k, dependent on experience

Our manufacturing/distribution client is seeking an Accounting Manager who thrives in a multi-entity environment and growing environment. This is a hands on manager with oversight of staff and day to day accounting.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle accounting including consolidated financials, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, and intercompany transactions.
  • Lead month-end close activities
  • Drive process improvements by documenting, standardizing, and enhancing accounting procedures and efficiencies
  • Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
