HR Business PartnerGeneral Summary:This role will serve as a trusted advisor to program leaders, providing guidance and solutions that drive employee engagement, performance, and growth. This is a hybrid position, providing flexibility of working from home and from our office. The starting salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000.
What You'll Do:- Partner with program leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support them.
- Provide counsel on workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and performance management.
- Champion agency culture, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Collaborate with managers to identify learning and development needs and implement effective programs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and organizational change management efforts.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and deliver insights to guide data-driven decisions.
What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HRCI or SHRM certification preferred.
- 7+ years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting change management and organizational development.
