HR Business Partner

General Summary:

This role will serve as a trusted advisor to program leaders, providing guidance and solutions that drive employee engagement, performance, and growth. This is a hybrid position, providing flexibility of working from home and from our office. The starting salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000.

What You'll Do:
  • Partner with program leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support them.
  • Provide counsel on workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and performance management.
  • Champion agency culture, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify learning and development needs and implement effective programs.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and organizational change management efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and best practices.
  • Analyze HR metrics and deliver insights to guide data-driven decisions.

What We're Looking For:
