Accounting and Finance Manager Pasadena, Texas (100% Onsite - 5 Days/Week)
Base Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 + Yearly Bonus
About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a hands-on Accounting / Finance Manager to support both financial planning and core accounting functions within a lean finance team. This role blends FP&A responsibilities such as reporting, forecasting, and budgeting with accounting support including month-end close, cash flow monitoring, and AR oversight. The position partners closely with operations and leadership to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: $95K - $115K

Key Responsibilities - Manage general ledger activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and support for month-end and year-end close
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and financial reporting
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support leadership decision-making
- Monitor cash flow and working capital to support operational needs
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Partner with operations and leadership to respond to financial inquiries and provide financial insights
Ideal Candidate Profile - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of accounting and/or finance experience, preferably in a small or mid-sized company environment
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience supporting both accounting operations and financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build reports and analyze financial data
- Hands-on, self-starter comfortable working in a lean team and wearing multiple hats
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with operations and leadership
