Education & Experience Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in related field and 1 year of job-specific and related experience in accounting management OR;
- Associate Degree (AS) in related field AND 3 years of job-specific and related experience in accounting management OR;
- 5+ years of job specific and related experience in accounting AND;
- Must possess demonstrated analytical capability; ability to work independently and as a team; excellent written and oral communication; ability to inspire and motivate others; and proficient computer skills, specifically in Microsoft office applications, enterprise resource planning systems and financial systems experience is required.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities- Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections for the Imasen North America Groups
- Compliance with federal and state financial regulations
- Control of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control activities
- Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions.
- Direct and coordinate debt financing and debt service payments
- Establish and implement short and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures
- Manage lines of credit, assets, and Accounting functions
- Manage the preparation of the official annual report of revenues, transfers, and expenses
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget
- Motivate teams to produce quality work within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
- Participate in and facilitate group meetings
- Planning for short and long term budgeting and forecasting, and profitability analysis
- Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions
- Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of departments.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource to the senior management team that provides overall company leadership and direction
- Serve on planning and policy-making committees
- Overtime may be assigned

- Training needs are based on IB-TECH's training matrix for this position, relevant to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems

Physical Demands- Associate must be able to occasionally lift up to 40lbs in single or multiple lifts. Associate must be able to occasionally push/pull up to 100lbs. Associate will frequently bend, twist, turn, squat kneel, overhead reach, climb stairs, and pinch grip small objects for up to 7 hours per day. Typical work environment includes; sitting, typing, writing in an office setting 7 hours per day. Associate must have a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles. Idle time between job tasks is likely to exist. Break/Lunch periods are typical in a 9 hour day.
