  • Turn data into clear summaries and insights for sales leaders and cross-functional teams.

  • Partner with Sales Operations, GTM, Product, and Enablement teams to understand business questions and support analysis.

AI, Automation & Workflow Enablement

  • Use AI and automation tools to help improve reporting, content creation, summarization, and knowledge management.

  • Support simple automations and workflows that reduce manual work and improve team efficiency.

  • Help document recurring processes and identify opportunities to make them easier or faster.

  • Experiment with new tools responsibly and share practical ways teams can apply them.

Post-Sales Intake, Handoffs & Time-to-Revenue Acceleration

  • Help document post-sales intake, onboarding steps, ownership, and key handoffs.

  • Support efforts to clarify "what happens next" after a deal closes.

  • Track process gaps, bottlenecks, and manual steps that may slow activation or revenue realization.

  • Help build simple tools, trackers, or guides that make it easier for sellers and teams to move work forward.

  • Partner with Sales Operations and Enablement to support clear communication of process expectations.

B2B Marketing & Digital Sales Lead Process Management

  • Support Marketing, Sales Operations, and Enablement in managing digital sales lead processes.

  • Help document lead intake, routing, follow-up expectations, and seller workflows.

  • Track lead flow, follow-up activity, and process gaps.

  • Assist in creating simple reports and updates on lead activity and outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities to improve clarity, adoption, and efficiency across the lead process.

Storytelling & Executive Communication

  • Translate data, updates, and complex topics into clear, easy-to-understand summaries.

  • Help create slides, one-pagers, dashboards, and meeting materials for leaders and teams.
