Job Title: Account Supervisor, Strategic Communications - Real Estate

Location: Los Angeles, CA / Hybrid

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Account Supervisor to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of luxury engagement. This role is crafted for a strategic thinker who believes data should inform creativity-not limit it. You'll be responsible for developing and leading strategic communications programs for a portfolio of luxury real estate clients, serving as the day-to-day client lead while driving earned media strategies that deliver measurable business results. You'll work alongside passionate strategists, creatives, and data specialists to deliver campaigns that are as effective as they are elegant.

What You'll Do
  • Guide the day-to-day strategy and direction for clients and internal teams
  • Drive measurable earned media results
  • Maintain client relationships through meetings, conference calls, ongoing communication, meeting agendas, notes, reports, and other day-to-day account management
  • Write and edit press releases, media alerts, media pitches, annual PR plans and other strategic communication materials; lead press trips as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers and other key industry contacts
  • Ideate and broker strategic partnerships for creative campaigns with coaching from senior team
  • Develop creative campaign ideas with coaching from senior team; actively participate in team and agency brainstorms
  • Recommend and implement strategic programs and partnerships on an ongoing basis, often tied to the news cycle
  • Support development of strategic communications programs around major project milestones, executive thought leadership, leasing activity, sales momentum and destination positioning
  • Stay on top of current industry news, media trends and emerging technologies; attend events and build industry relationships
  • Oversee account work for 1-3 team members (ranging from account coordinators to account executives), providing training, coaching, editing, mentoring and overall sound leadership
  • Be a team player, self-starter and passionate about PR
  • Recognize potential client issues and bring them to supervisor's attention with recommended solutions
  • Support crisis communications efforts as directed by supervisor(s)


Who You Are
  • Four to five years' experience in luxury real estate, architecture, design, hospitality or lifestyle PR, preferably within an agency environment
  • Minimum one year in a supervisory capacity managing at least 1 junior team member (i.e. account coordinator)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • You're a self-starter with a proven ability to lead a team and work well independently
  • You have experience resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding team player with a positive attitude
  • You have a strong portfolio of secured media coverage across luxury real estate, architecture, business, design, hospitality or lifestyle media, with experience securing national, regional, broadcast and digital coverage
  • You're someone who sees beyond today's announcement. You enjoy building long-term narratives that create momentum over months and years, not just securing the next headline
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate, business, architecture/design and luxury industries + media, including industry-appropriate bloggers and influencers
  • Proven experience handling crisis a plus
