About the role

Nucleus Global is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support one of our medical affairs and publications accounts. This role is ideal for someone who excels at client partnership, project leadership, and delivers high-quality work in a dynamic agency environment.

What You'll Do

As an Account Manager, you'll play a central role in the successful delivery and growth of assigned account(s). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as a key client partner for global publication initiatives
  • Lead the execution of medical affairs (advisory boards, slide decks, etc) and publications (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and congress presentations) projects from planning through submission
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure excellence in delivery
  • Collaborate closely with scientific, editorial, and creative teams to produce accurate, compelling scientific communications
  • Support development and implementation of strategic publication plans aligned to clinical milestones
  • Contribute to organic account growth and new business opportunities

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. Compensation

$75,000-$94,000 USD
