Account Supervisor, Corporate Digital

Do you know how to turn corporate stories into digital experiences that drive visibility, engagement and reputation? Do you enjoy helping executives, brands and organizations use digital platforms to build influence and connect with key audiences?

As an Account Supervisor, Corporate Digital at Zeno, you will help develop and execute digital programs for leading brands and organizations. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will support strategies spanning executive visibility, thought leadership, corporate social media, paid media and digital storytelling.

This role is ideal for a digitally savvy communications professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll have the opportunity to shape client programs, manage integrated workstreams and help drive measurable business and reputation outcomes.

About the Role:
  • Corporate Digital Strategy & Execution: Help develop and execute digital programs for corporate and B2B clients and help translate audience insights into strategies across owned, earned and paid channels.
  • Executive Visibility & Thought Leadership: Support executive and corporate social media programs that strengthen reputation, elevate leadership voices and drive engagement across LinkedIn and other key platforms.
  • Paid Media & Digital Marketing: Manage paid social media campaigns, with a focus on LinkedIn targeting, audience development, optimization and performance reporting.
  • Corporate Content & Digital Storytelling: Oversee day-to-day development of digital content and corporate narratives across social, web and other digital channels, partnering closely with creative and account teams.
  • Client Management & Strategic Guidance: Serve as a trusted day-to-day client contact, providing recommendations, managing project execution and helping clients navigate evolving digital opportunities.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead project teams across digital strategy, creative, paid media and analytics while mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality execution.


About You:
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, digital marketing, social media or related fields within an agency or other fast paced organizations.
  • Experience translating business and communications objectives into effective digital programs for brands, executives and/or organizations.
  • Strong understanding of executive visibility, corporate social media and reputation-building programs.
  • Experience managing paid social media campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with best practices for corporate websites, content strategy and SEO.
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content across channels.
  • Experience managing client relationships and contributing to strategic planning and program development.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Curious, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving problems, learning new skills and delivering great work.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SEM, programmatic media or integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and paid social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and other digital measurement tools.
  • Experience supporting B2B influencer marketing programs.
  • Experience supporting corporate communications initiatives for consumer-facing brands.


Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD/yr.

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
