Summary

Now, we are currently seeking an Account Supervisor to join our team.

The Account Supervisor is the account lead for their assigned brand, collaborating with clients and agency teams to create impactful marketing tactics aligned with brand strategy while elevating our creative output.

The Account Supervisor builds and sustains positive client relationships, continuously evaluating agency team performance and anticipating brand needs. Balancing client and agency needs, the AS ensures top-tier client service while integrating the agency's expertise into every project

What You'll Do
  • Supervise Tactical Programs Across Multiple Audiences (HCP, Patient, Consumer): Ensure team performance and exceptional client management.
  • Support Account Director and VP: Develop and refine brand strategy and key marketing objectives through client and internal discussions.
  • Become the Go-To for Key Clients and Internal Team: Manage all brand activity, fostering trusting and collaborative partnerships.
  • Be Recognized as the Agency Brand Expert: Proficient in brand strategy, core messaging, and competitive landscape.
  • Craft Well-Written Job Start Forms: Define clear objectives and client expectations.
  • Oversee Ongoing Status Updates and Weekly Reports: Ensure comprehensive project updates and developments.
  • Lead/Participate in Client-Agency Workshops and Meetings: Drive agenda development, slides, workshop needs, and output decks.
  • Ensure Thorough Recaps and Conference Reports: Promptly summarize all meetings and discussions.
  • Lead Tactical Planning and SOW Development: Execute agency work effectively.
  • Attend MRL Reviews: Consult with client and team throughout the review process.
  • Identify Opportunities for Innovation: Drive organic business growth.
  • Stay Updated on Competitive and Market Dynamics: Provide insights on business and brand impact.
  • Nurture, Mentor, and Train Junior Account Team Members: Foster their professional growth.
  • Partner with PM Team: Maintain financial health of the brand, discussing budget needs with clients.

Compensation Range: $90,000-$110,000. The starting salary offer will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. The company reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time.

This position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring employees to be onsite Tuesday-Thursday each week in our Chicago office. We make reasonable accommodations for employees and applicants with disabilities who require schedule accommodations.
