About the Role

Client Contact

The Account Representative is the primary contact for assigned clients and is responsible for delivering an exceptional service experience. By building trusted relationships, anticipating client needs, and maintaining high standards of quality, this role helps ensure every property is cared for in a manner that reflects Fossil's commitment to excellence.

Crew Management

This role is also responsible for organizing and leading up to 3 maintenance crews to deliver exceptional quality and efficiency on all assigned properties. The role includes creating a weekly schedule for crews with tasks in addition to regular maintenance. The Account Representative ensures that crews have appropriate tools, materials, and plants for crews to successfully complete tasks.

The Account Representative is also expected to provide training in all aspects of estate maintenance, development and providing feedback to staff.

Additional responsibilities include the coordination of ordering materials with the Maintenance Manager, supervision and management of subcontracted industry partners, and coordination with appropriate Fossil employees for enhancement/special project opportunities.

Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in horticulture (Preference to high-end residential maintenance)
  • 3+ years of supervising maintenance teams.
  • Post-secondary education in horticulture is an asset; (Certificate, Diploma, or Red Seal).
  • Experience in providing high-level service to discerning clientele.
  • Experience with irrigation systems and landscape lighting.
  • Valid BC Class 5 driver's license.
