The RoleAs an
Account Manager at Reach, you'll own the success and growth of a portfolio of global ecommerce merchants. You'll build trusted relationships, help clients optimize their checkout and payments experience, and drive long-term revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering closely with clients, working across global teams, and turning strong relationships into meaningful business outcomes.
RequirementsWhat You'll Do- Manage and grow a portfolio of ecommerce merchants
- Build strategic, long-term client relationships
- Drive organic revenue growth and retention
- Partner cross-functionally to solve merchant challenges
- Advocate for clients internally and surface product insights
What You Bring- 5+ years in account management or merchant success (ecommerce, FinTech, or payments)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience working with global clients or distributed teams
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
