Titre du poste:Gestionnaire de comptes fournisseurs

En tant que gestionnaire de comptes fournisseurs, votre principale responsabilité sera de gérer tous les aspects de la relation fournisseur - d'assurer un flux ininterrompu de pièces vers la production répondant aux exigences de qualité, de rapidité et contractuelles concernant les comptes critiques et stratégiques. Vous agirez en tant que leader stratégique au sein de la marchandise et point de contact principal pour les fournisseurs que vous gérerez en ce qui concerne les problèmes commerciaux et escaladés. Vous dirigerez les négociations, et vous coordonnerez et dirigerez les actions relatives à la continuité et à l'amélioration des affaires. Ce poste se rapporte au Directeur d'unité d'affaire.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à Longueuil et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

  • Certificat, orientation et/ou expérience directe en gestion des approvisionnements et/ou en logistique et/ou dans des domaines similaires
  • Compréhension du langage contractuel

Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job Title: Supplier Account Manager

As a supplier Account Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage all aspects of the supplier relationship - ensure an uninterrupted flow of parts to Production meeting quality, timeliness, and contractual requirements regarding critical and strategic accounts. You will act as a strategic leader within the commodity and main point of contact for the suppliers you will manage in regard to commercial and escalated issues. You will lead negotiations, and you will coordinate and lead actions pertaining to business continuity and improvement. This role reports to the Business Unit Manager.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Build a strong relationship with critical supplier(s)
  • Ensure supplier(s) are conducting business as per contractual requirements
  • Participate in regular business reviews with supplier to enable efficient two-way communication
  • Lead critical topics (senior escalation), identify strategic risks, and escalate within the organization
  • Lead negotiations in partnership with the Strategic Sourcing team
  • Develop business strategies and business innovations
  • Manage and resolve client issues
  • Establish processes for Request for Quotation bid packages
  • Manage solicitations for new program with New Product Integration team

  • University diploma (preferred) in Supply Management, Commerce, Industrial Engineering or similar domains and 10+ years in Supply Management with complex accounts
  • Graduate diploma a plus
  • Certificate, orientation and/or direct experience in supply management and/or logistics and/or similar domains

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
