Responsibilities

Build relationships and help clients drive business results on Facebook through consultation, education, sales, and support.
• Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals.
• Become an expert in Facebook's solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs.
• Provide dedicated account management to strategic advertising clients and agencies.
• Develop and implement programs to improve the client/agency experience.
• Consult and coach clients & agencies to achieve greater results on Facebook.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience.
• Work cross-functionally within sales and other Facebook organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
• Work on initiatives with limited and defined scope and execute independently.
• Build proficiency and working knowledge of Facebook measurement solutions.
• Understand the value of our Facebook Identity.
• Interact with pod, team, and clients in operational and executional manner to get tasks done.
• Have a fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and clients business model.
• Build and continue to refine point of view on FB products through regular self education and discovery.
• Share knowledge with other team members.
• Prioritize book of business based on understanding of client needs.

Minimum Qualifications
• Requires Bachelors degree(or foreign equivalent) in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field and two years of work experience of 2 years in in the job offered or in a related occupation
• Requires 24 months of experience involving the following:
• Serving in a sales, marketing, or client-facing role
• Working and collaborating within a team
• Demonstrating a commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals
• Providing dedicated account management to strategic advertising clients and agencies
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Identifying opportunities to improve ad products and customer experience
• Working cross-functionally within sales and other organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction and
• Working on initiatives with limited and defined scope and executing independently
