Your role:
To support and manage the client team to deliver innovative, insightful, and value-added solutions in response to their brand challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the day-to-day contact for multiple client accounts, handling requests promptly and proactively problem-solving as needed.
Oversee internal and external project management, including timelines, status updates, meeting preparation, and supporting the client to lead on larger projects.
Manage the client procurement process, including tracking hours, estimating costs, and ensuring budget adherence.
Foster and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams such as Design, Strategy, New Business, and Finance.
Gain a deep understanding of our core product and service offers in order to proactively identify new opportunities for growing existing accounts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 2+ years in client services or account management within a creative, branding, advertising, or integrated marketing agency environment; proven track record of managing mid to large scale brand or campaign projects.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate client business objectives into strategic, insight-led creative briefs and deliverables that drive measurable impact.
Project Leadership - Confident in leading cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring deliverables are on-brief, on-time, and on-budget.
Communication - Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams.
Problem-Solving - Proactive in anticipating challenges, resolving issues quickly, and guiding clients through decision-making with confidence.
Collaboration - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate internal teams, agency partners, and clients.
Commercial Acumen - Familiar with budgeting, forecasting, and scoping; able to identify and pursue growth opportunities within accounts.
Adaptability - Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with shifting priorities and diverse client needs.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
