The Role

As an Account Manager at Blitzy, you will be the strategic owner of a set of accounts spanning multiple verticals. You will be responsible for driving adoption and expansion of Blitzy's Autonomous Development Platform working directly with executive stakeholders to accelerate their software delivery transformation. This is a high-performance environment built for competitive sellers who want to operate at the forefront of enterprise AI.

What You'll Do
  • Assigned to 5-15 dedicated accounts focused on growth and expansion.
  • Be the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future Engineering roadmap to drive Blitzy adoption
  • Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with urgency and precision
  • Partner with Solution Consultant to drive technical validation
  • Develop strong ROI narratives tied to engineering efficiency and business impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, solutions, and customer success teams
  • Consistently exceed pipeline and revenue targets

Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $160,000 + Uncapped Commission + Equity
