What you'll do- Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through close
- Develop relationships with AI leaders, engineering teams, platform teams, security teams, and executive stakeholders
- Run product demos and help customers understand how White Circle fits into their AI stack
- Navigate complex buying processes involving technical teams, legal, procurement, and executive decision-makers
- Work closely with CEO & Head of Revenue on strategic opportunities
- Provide structured customer feedback to product and engineering teams
- Help develop the messaging, sales process, and playbooks that will support future growth
Must-haves- 2+ years closing net-new B2B SaaS/AI to mid-market or enterprise, where ACV > $100k and product was not sold mainly on brand or relationships
- Technically literate - can hold conversations about complex technical products and have credibility with technical buyers
- Previously worked as an SDR and graduated to AE in no more than 2 years
- Can operate effectively without established playbooks or processes
- Happy hunting your own deals initially
- Extensive cold calling experience
- Readiness to travel to clients
- Perfect English
Strong nice-to-haves- Have sold technical or security/infra/dev-tools products
- Have founded a company or built something from scratch
- Have been an early sales hire at a startup, especially a YC company
- Have experience as a software engineer, solutions engineer, sales engineer, or in another technical role
What success looks like after 12 months- You've closed multiple large logos, adding millions in revenue
- You've helped establish repeatable sales processes and messaging
- You've built strong relationships across the AI ecosystem
