General Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the dental industry. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Vyne Dental's client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Vyne Dental's products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • High School/Technical Degree/Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience
  • 2-4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental, Saas, or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Business Suite.
  • Knowledge of the dental industry and revenue cycle management is preferred.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
