Full Job Description
YOUR FUTURE TEAM

Dayuse is looking for its future Business Developer - Daypass to join the team based in Montreal, reporting directly to our North America Director and working closely with Paris Daypass business Development teams

Your mission: launch and grow Daypass - a brand-new Dayuse product that lets guests pay to access a hotel's amenities (poolpass, cabanas, beach access, spa,...) without booking a room, entirely bookable through the Dayuse platform. This vertical is set to become a major growth driver for Dayuse over the coming years, and you'll be the one building it from the ground up in the US market.
YOUR IMPACT

As a Business Developer for Daypass, you will be responsible for building this entirely new business vertical in the US market. To achieve this, you will contribute to the GTM strategy, pitch and sign the first wave of partner hotels - and lay the commercial foundations (pitch, playbook, process) for a new product.
YOUR DAILY MISSIONS
  • Contribute to design and execute Dayuse's go-to-market strategy for Daypass across the US market started a few month ago
  • Prospect and sign new 4 stars and 5 stars hotel partners not yet on the Dayuse platform, using Daypass an entry point, targeting both individuals hotels and management companies.
  • Contribute to build the sales playbook, pitch and commercial process for this brand-new product.
  • Cover the full US market from Montreal, including the West Coast - adapting your schedule to reach Pacific-time decision-makers when needed (3-hour time difference).
  • Report directly to the North American Director
YOUR OBJECTIVES FOR A SUCCESSFUL ONBOARDING
  • Short term: US Daypass opportunity is already mapped, leads have been identified and prioritized, and a first pitch and playbook are in place - within your first few months, you will have refined them and started testing against those leads.
  • Medium term (within the first year): you've signed a first wave of Daypass partners, established a smooth working relationship with your manager, and built a reliable view of the pipeline.
YOUR PROFILE

You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B business development. Experience in the US hotel industry, with an OTA, in Travel Tech or SaaS is a strong plus.

You have a true entrepreneurial mindset: you're energized by building something from zero, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and ready to hustle to make a brand-new business line succeed.

You are fluent in both English and French - this is non-negotiable: English to engage with the US market, French to work closely with French teams on a daily basis.

You're a natural collaborator: you know how to coordinate with other sales teams - Account Managers in particular - on shared accounts without creating friction or confusion over ownership.

You're comfortable adapting your schedule to reach West Coast hotel partners when needed, as Pacific Time runs 3 hours behind Montreal.

Most importantly, you resonate with our company culture based on diversity, ambition, merit, humility, and service excellence.
ADDITIONAL INFO
  • Contract: Full-time permanent position, 40 hours/week.
  • Location: 1275 Av. des Canadiens-de-Montréal (L'Avenue), Montreal.
  • Flexibility: Hybrid work model (up to 2 days remote per week).
  • Compensation: $85-95K CAD OTE (60% fixed salary + 40% uncapped bonus) + overachievement plan
  • Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare coverage included.
  • Onboarding: A "Welcome Campus" to discover the company, product, and teams.
  • Work environment: Modern and collaborative offices in the city center.

  1. Video call with the Talent Acquisition team.
