Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Travel Required | Quarterly Bonus Structure

Magnum is hiring an LTL Account Executive to grow revenue through new business development and strategic customer relationships across the Fargo, Jamestown, Grand Forks, and Aberdeen terminal markets. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, developing transportation solutions, and expanding Magnum's customer base throughout our service network.

What You'll Do
  • Build and grow relationships with existing customers by providing transportation solutions and identifying opportunities to expand business
  • Generate qualified sales leads through networking, industry research, transportation resources, and market analysis
  • Identify new businesses and industries that align with Magnum's services and operational footprint
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outside sales efforts and relationship building
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, sales presentations, and customer visits
  • Maintain regular communication with current and prospective customers to develop long-term partnerships
  • Work closely with Magnum's pricing department to develop competitive transportation pricing programs
  • Present pricing proposals and follow up with prospective accounts to secure new freight opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and grow customer accounts
  • Maintain proactive communication with the Regional Sales Director regarding sales activity, pipeline development, and market opportunities
  • Generate accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and customer activity documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes for customers and operational partners
