Full Job Description
The TigerConnect team is seeking a high-achieving sales professional with experience selling Pre-Hospital and Transfer SaaS solutions. In this role, you will focus on driving new business by establishing new relationships, managing a high-velocity pipeline, and closing opportunities within mid-sized and enterprise healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate has experience selling SaaS in a transactional to moderately complex sales cycle and thrives in a fast-paced growth environment. The candidate can work cross-functionally with internal teams, is comfortable delivering solution demonstrations and has a deep understanding of the EMS and emergency medicine workflows.

This specialty sales position plays a key role in driving new logo acquisition and expanding TigerConnect's footprint within installed customers to achieve sales goals and growth objectives.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own and develop relationships with healthcare decision-makers (e.g., CNO, CMIO, CIO, IT and Operations leaders) to close new logo business and achieve quota
  • Build and manage a high-volume pipeline of new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales motions
  • Execute a consultative, value-based sales approach from discovery through close, with a focus on deal velocity and efficiency
  • Lead virtual and in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations as needed
  • Partner closely with Sales Development, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to generate pipeline and progress deals
  • Develop a working understanding of the healthcare industry, specific to Pre-Hospital and Transfer, including customer workflows, operational challenges, and key performance metrics relevant to mid-market organizations


What You Bring
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience in healthcare
  • BA/BS required; EMT or paramedic license is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through new logo acquisition
  • Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously in a high-velocity sales environment
  • Ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders across clinical, operational, and IT teams
  • Strong solution-selling and discovery skills with the ability to articulate value and ROI
