QuantHub is looking for an experienced Account Executive to help expand our footprint across higher education.
You'll own and manage a pipeline of prospective customers from qualification through close, using a consultative sales approach to understand institutional needs and connect them to QuantHub's solutions. This is a great role for someone who knows how to run a disciplined sales process, build relationships with multiple stakeholders, and consistently turn pipeline into revenue.
We're especially interested in someone who understands Higher Education; the longer, committee-driven sales cycles and is comfortable navigating complex buying processes.
What You'll Do- Own your pipeline from opportunity to close. Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently move deals forward.
- Engage and develop prospective customers. Understand what institutions are trying to solve and clearly communicate QuantHub's value.
- Sell consultatively. Dig into customer pain points and connect their needs to the right QuantHub solution.
- Keep the details tight. Use HubSpot to manage customer interactions, maintain accurate pipeline data, and support reliable forecasting.
- Bring the market back to the team. Share prospect feedback, emerging needs, and market insights that can help improve how we sell and what we build.
RequirementsYou may be a great fit if you have:
- 3+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience, with a history of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience independently managing and optimizing a sales pipeline.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A results-oriented mindset and motivation to hit ambitious goals.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-stage company where priorities may evolve.
- Experience selling into higher education, including navigating longer sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
- Experience with AI, data science, digital transformation, or technology sales is a plus.
- A self-directed working style and strong attention to detail.
What the Role Looks LikeThis is a primarily remote position with approximately 20-25% travel for conferences, on-site sales engagements, and strategic relationship development. Some evening availability may occasionally be needed based on events, conferences, or customer schedules.
