Job Summary:
Lockton's Family Office Practice is seeking an Account Executive to support and manage Family Office relationships through the
delivery of insurance and risk management solutions. This hybrid role coordinates complex insurance programs, provides
consultative risk management guidance, supports client retention and growth initiatives, and ensures a high level of service for
Family Offices and the families they support.
Essential Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned Family Office relationships.
• Coordinate and manage renewal activities and ongoing service delivery for complex insurance programs.
• Provide risk management guidance and coverage recommendations tailored to client needs.
• Partner with Family Office executives, family members, professional advisors, carrier partners, and internal specialists to deliver client
solutions.
• Conduct stewardship meetings, coverage reviews, and client presentations.
• Support client retention through proactive relationship management and responsive service.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and introduce additional risk management, insurance, and advisory solutions aligned with
client objectives.
• Collaborate with Client Relationship Leaders, Producers, and Practice Leadership on growth initiatives, expanded services, and business
development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with Lockton standards and procedures.
• Support the development and mentoring of less experienced team members, as appropriate.
Requirements:
• Property & Casualty License.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex insurance programs and client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance coverages, risk management principles, and protection strategies relevant to Family Office clients.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, relationship management, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and agency management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree.
• Professional designations such as CPRIA, CIC, CRM, CPCU, CAPI, or similar.
• Experience serving Family Offices, multi-generational families, or similarly complex relationships.
Work Environment
• This position operates in a hybrid work environment with a combination of in-office and remote work. Periodic travel for client meetings,
business development activities, and team events may be required.
