Position Details:
Title: Account Executive
Location: West Chester, OH
Shift: Mon- Fri -7am-5pm
Compensation: $70k base + UNCAPPED commission + $500/month car allowance
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Sick time
Travel: Regional travel to visit clients.
Position Description:
You will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering customized freight solutions. This role requires a strong aptitude for sales and proven success in a fast-paced logistics or transportation environment. Proficiency in transportation management software (TMS) is essential, as you'll manage the full sales cycle while ensuring operational alignment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in freight brokerage, 3PL, or transportation services, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Proficiency in using Transportation Management Software (TMS) to manage customer accounts, quote freight, and coordinate shipments
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
