About the Role:Yardi, the global leader in the prop tech industry, is searching for an experienced and driven Outside Sales Account Executive for our Global Solutions Account team. We're seeking a top performer with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of SaaS solutions. As the ideal candidate, you bring a strong background in managing enterprise mid-market accounts, a deep knowledge of the commercial sales landscape, and a passion for prop tech innovation.
What You'll Do:- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of enterprise mid-market accounts, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and fostering growth.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive client retention and revenue expansion.
- Provide administrative support to the sales process, including handling renewals, managing client escalations, and other related duties.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' business needs and challenges, aligning Yardi's solutions to deliver effective results.
- Deliver captivating presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders, effectively showcasing the value of Yardi's industry-leading SaaS solutions.
Who You Are:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Four plus (4 +) years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry
- Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles, including lead generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, and positioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure
- Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage prospect and client activity
- Goal oriented and self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships and interface with decision makers at mid-sized companies
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
- Ability to understand and demonstrate technical products
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High responsiveness with client-centered commitment and focus
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel up to 50%

$81,000 - $90,000 base salary + commission target
