This is not an order-taker role. We want a true hunter-someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships from scratch, navigating complex sales cycles, and consistently closing revenue.

Your Next Opportunity:Own New Business Growth- Generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, LinkedIn, phone, email, and creative outreach.
- Develop strategic account plans and target high-potential mid-market brokerage organizations.
- Qualify inbound opportunities and convert interest into revenue.
- Maintain healthy pipeline coverage and consistently create new opportunities.
Run the Full Sales Cycle- Lead discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Deliver compelling, consultative product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Manage competitive evaluations and complex buying processes.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms.
- Close multi-year SaaS agreements and exceed revenue targets.
Partner Across the Business- Collaborate with Marketing to maximize campaign performance and lead conversion.
- Share customer insights and market feedback with Product and Leadership teams.
- Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition from sale to adoption.
Execute with Discipline- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Leverage Gong and sales analytics to continuously improve performance.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quota expectations.
What Makes You Successful- 3-7 years of successful SaaS or technology sales experience.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding quota and winning new business.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and experience building your own pipeline.
- Confidence navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and executive-level conversations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, competitive, and accountable for results.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where initiative matters.
Bonus Points For- Real estate technology (PropTech) experience.
- Experience selling CRM, marketing automation, workflow, productivity, or presentation software.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and Microsoft technologies.
- Startup or scale-up experience where you've helped build processes and drive growth.
