  • Experience working against a sales quota or revenue target.
  • Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience exceeding sales quotas in digital advertising sales or a similar field.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing a large book of business.

The Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Mid-Market Sales team is a growth engine for clients in GCS. Through long-term relationship development, we are dedicated to understanding customers' business goals and providing advertising solutions to drive their growth.

As an Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales, you'll use your influencing skills and knowledge of the digital media landscape to identify growth opportunities, craft compelling narratives, and build impactful strategies tailored to customers' goals. Working closely with account strategists, Product and Sales Activation, and other cross-functional teams, you'll act as the strategic hub for GCS resources and expertise by educating customers and inspiring action.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
  • Plan for, and achieve, growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives.
  • Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
