The Role

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new revenue by managing the full sales cycle-from discovery through close-within small to mid-sized law firms across the U.S.

You will take a consultative, solution-led approach to understanding a firm's operational challenges and positioning us as a strategic platform to improve efficiency, profitability, and scalability.

This is a quota-carrying role suited to a driven, structured seller who thrives in a consultative SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Develop and execute territory/account plans to exceed revenue targets
  • Run tailored product demonstrations aligned to firm workflows and business objectives
  • Build relationships with Managing Partners, COOs, Legal Administrators, and IT stakeholders
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes and longer consultative sales cycles
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handover
  • Stay informed on legal tech trends and competitive landscape
Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience:
  • 3-7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in a closing role
  • Experience selling into law firms or professional services organizations strongly preferred
  • Background in legal tech Saas is a plus
