Job Summary:Outside Sales position plays a critical role in the support and growth of our Mechanical business. Excellent problem-solving abilities and superior communication skills are key attributes. The successful candidate must exhibit an ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional "customer first" attitude.
Key Responsibilities:- Present, promote and sell jobs and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Spec out, estimate and layout new installs and replacements of HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical projects. (Must have knowledge in the mechanics of HVAC/Industry)
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
- Understanding profit and loss and the drive to ensure profits are made. The ability to demonstrated value added services to Clients.
- Knowledge of the commercial HVAC/R field
- Ability to scope out, estimate and sell installation and replacement jobs. Qualified candidates must understand all components needed to complete the job from start to finish making the install/replacement profitable.
- Obtaining new customers and preventive maintenance contracts
- Continuation of selling to our existing customers maintaining relationship
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Qualifications:- 5 years minimum Sales experience in the HVAC, refrigeration, and or mechanical projects market dealing with commercial property managers, and industrial clients
- Confident, outgoing, ability to cold call on existing and new clients
- Technical understanding of HVAC,refrigeration, and mechanical projects systems as well as boilers related equipment.
- Self-motivated, ability to work as a Team player
- Organizational skills that include proficient computer skills. Ability to process contract estimates and documents in a timely fashion.

The salary range is $90,000 - $120,000 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data.
