The Account Executive is accountable for developing and implementing comprehensive account plans that delight clients and ensure healthy long-term partnerships. This strategic leader mustanticipateclient needs, deliver exceptional results that outperform key performance indicators, and build high-performing teams that achieve operational excellence while driving sustainable revenue growth and profitability.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Executes the vision and strategy of the account plan, ensuring clientobjectivesand interests are consistently met and exceeded

  • Acts as a Strategic Partnerby connecting teams across regions and services, driving the fundamentalmindsetand bringing strategic direction to complex client relationships

  • Demonstrates Proactive Leadershipbyanticipatingwhere clients are heading and positioning teams for success, connecting dots across organizational silos

  • Develops,managesand implements Voice of the Customer (VOC) programs to regularly gain input and direction from clients ensuring strategic alignment

Estimated compensation for this position:

250,000.00 6 275,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
