Description

Location: Hybrid to Wayne, Pennsylvania. Regular travel up to 10% of the time required based on customer, territory, and business needs.

How You Will Make an Impact

As an Account Executive II on our Velocity Sales team, you'll be an experienced seller responsible for cross-sell, upsell, and new-logo acquisition. You'll independently manage increasingly complex opportunities, partnering with education leaders to understand their challenges and align Frontline solutions to meaningful organizational outcomes.

By building trusted relationships, navigating diverse stakeholders, and helping customers improve how their organizations operate, you'll directly advance our mission and help schools create stronger outcomes for educators and students.

How You'll Drive Success

Own territory strategy
  • Build account plans for key districts.
  • Use AI insights and analytics to identify whitespace.
  • Adjust strategy throughout the year.


Build and manage a high-quality pipeline
  • Maintain strong coverage across quarters.
  • Engage in targeted outreach to existing customers.


Run advanced sales cycles
  • Lead multi-threaded discovery.
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholder groups.
  • Work with Solutions Consulting on advanced demos.


Engage senior leaders
  • Build strong relationships with district leadership, such as Superintendents, Business Administrators and Assistant Superintendents.
  • Present ROI narratives clearly.


Seamless handoff
  • Document stakeholder alignment and metrics.


Operate with discipline
  • Impeccable Salesforce hygiene.
  • Reliable forecasting.

Compensation & Benefits
The full base compensation range for this position is $90,000 -$95,000, with On Target Earnings up to $190,000. Compensation for this role may include a base salary and performance-based incentive opportunity. Actual compensation will be determined according to the approved range for the position and may consider relevant experience, skills, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable factors.
