Full Job Description
Cast & Crew is looking for a driven, relationship-first Account Executive to grow revenue across our Film, Television & Streaming business. This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role focused on winning new production relationships and expanding existing ones - positioning Cast & Crew as the go-to partner for payroll, production accounting, and back-office services across studios, streamers, production companies, and independent producers. You know how productions get made, who holds the relationships, and how to earn trust before a greenlight hits. You combine consultative selling with disciplined pipeline management, and you thrive in a long-cycle, relationship-driven sales environment. Key Qualifications • Deep familiarity with Film, Television & Streaming production workflows - you understand the ecosystem and know how studios, streamers, and production companies actually operate • Experience working with or selling to production accountants, line producers, UPMs, finance executives, or studio operations teams • Proven ability to build relationships that convert into revenue - and sustain them across multiple productions and seasons • Strong pipeline discipline with the ability to forecast accurately and manage opportunities across varying production timelines • Comfortable operating independently in a remote or hybrid environment while collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Success, and Product teams • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable CRM platforms What You'll Do • Own an individual revenue target spanning new logo acquisition and expansion of existing studio and production company relationships • Develop and maintain a strong presence across the Film, Television & Streaming ecosystem - building trusted relationships with production accountants, line producers, UPMs, finance leaders, and studio executives • Get into productions early - identify greenlit and in-development projects, qualify opportunities, and position Cast & Crew before decisions are made • Take a consultative approach with clients, connecting their production and operational challenges to Cast & Crew's payroll, accounting, and technology solutions • Manage a healthy, forecast-ready pipeline with visibility across production stages, deal cycles, and revenue timing • Represent Cast & Crew at industry events, screenings, guild functions, and production community gatherings where relationships are built • Partner with Operations, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure smooth onboarding and an excellent client experience from sale through production close • Feed market intelligence back into the business - surfacing competitive dynamics, client feedback, and production trends that inform go-to-market strategy What You'll Bring • 3-6 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales, business development, or strategic account role - ideally within entertainment, media, production services, or a related industry • A track record of consistent revenue attainment across both new business and account expansion • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments with long sales cycles • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills - you lead with insight, not just product • Experience in production, contingent labor, freelance workforce, or project-based business environments is a meaningful plus In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a variable compensation program with an on-target annual value of $180,000. Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year.
