Your Impact: - Guide the leading of a portfolio of accounts to ensure delivery of business value.
- Be regarded by the stakeholders (internally and externally) as a trusted and respected leader.
- Lead and mentor account team members to achieve goals.
- Encourage the account team to continuously improve integrated operating model.
- Strategize and collaborate with all partners, including pricing, credit, servicing, affordable, legal and ensure all parties are informed.
- Have the flexibility to adapt to new and evolving market conditions and changes as you work your portfolio of accounts.
Qualifications: - 5 - 7+ years of related professional experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferred
- 2+ years of management and leadership experience (5+ years business management and/or leadership experience in residential mortgage and/or capital markets related transactions preferred)
- Knowledge of GSE securitization, loan delivery and guideline requirements, preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $114,000 - $172,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
