JOB SUMMARY

Acrisure is seeking an Account Executive to support a large and growing commercial insurance book of business. This role will partner closely with a high-performing Producer and serve as a primary point of contact for clients, helping manage account servicing, renewals, carrier relationships, and overall client retention.

The Account Executive will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness across a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts. This position is focused on relationship management, account retention, and client support. This not a sales role.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys working directly with clients, solving problems, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the insurance lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned commercial insurance clients

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service

  • Manage policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and other account servicing activities

  • Partner closely with the Producer to support client retention and long-term account growth

  • Coordinate renewal activities, including gathering underwriting information, loss runs, exposure data, and supporting documentation

  • Work with carrier partners and internal teams to secure competitive coverage solutions and execute renewal strategies

  • Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and completeness

  • Assist clients with coverage questions and help explain policy provisions, coverage changes, and renewal recommendations

  • Maintain accurate documentation within agency management systems

  • Coordinate with internal service, marketing, claims, and underwriting teams to support client needs

  • Assist with billing inquiries and policy-related questions

  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
  • Commercial insurance experience required

  • Experience supporting or managing commercial insurance accounts highly beneficial

  • Commercial auto, transportation, or trucking insurance experience beneficial

  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills

  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Experience working directly with clients, carriers, underwriters, and producers

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office applications

EDUCATION AND LICENSES
  • Active Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain as required

  • Bachelor's degree beneficial

  • Professional insurance designations such as CIC, CISR, CRM, ARM, or CPCU beneficial

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
