Description

We are looking for a dynamic Account Director to drive commercial success and foster robust executive relationships.

In this role you will focus on upselling, renewals, and expanding our commercial footprint by mapping new opportunities and exploring additional channels, models, and use cases that maximize ROI for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial Leadership: Own the commercial relationship with clients, driving upsells, renewals, and conversion strategies. Negotiate and close all commercial contracts with customers, including renewals and expansions, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Executive and Key Stakeholder Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key executives and stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and executive-level engagement.
  • Expansion and Opportunity Mapping: Identify and map new business opportunities to expand the client's use of Voyantis' solutions.
  • Serve as a commercially driven voice of customer: Identify strategic and commercial growth opportunities and work closely with the product team to ensure those requirements come to annual subscription.
  • Strategic Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor by providing consultative insights that align commercial initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work regularly and closely as a team together with the Account Owner to best serve our customers. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop and execute tailored commercial strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends and competitive dynamics to continuously refine commercial tactics and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Leverage data and analytics to proactively identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Partner & Channel Expansion: Lead partner calls and explores additional channels, models, and use cases to enhance client performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in account management, sales, or related roles within digital marketing, SaaS, or similar industries.
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue targets through upselling, renewals, and strategic account expansion.
  • Quota carrying experience: experience in carrying a revenue-driven quota, in either new sales or customer-related quota (plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication/presentation and negotiation skills with experience managing executive-level relationships.
  • Ability to identify, map, and execute commercial initiatives while leveraging market insights.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to assess performance metrics and inform commercial decisions.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and current trends in the online marketing ecosystem is highly desirable. Experience in performance marketing SaaS or a performance agency is a plus.
  • C-Level stakeholder management experience:
  • Executive presence: Ability to present in front of a large executive forum, maintain relationships with high-level executives, etc.


$150,000/year to $185,000/year + Bonus + equity + benefits
