On behalf of your clients, you'll manage the day-to-day team through creating, iterating, and executing creative campaigns. You'll foster a healthy team environment for creative work while adding the right balance of structure and process to help the team operate effectively. You'll form strong working relationships with your creative and strategic teams.
You have a love for big ideas and you know how to get things done. You have a knack for building relationships, building the right processes - you're a connector of ideas and people. You're detail-oriented, highly organized, and know how to prioritize your time and effort across many projects and moving pieces. You can own and direct projects from start to finish with little guidance. You're invested in the growth and development of your team, as their success if your success.
The opportunity:
- With a team, you'll manage and lead multiple large projects ensuring that they are in-market on time and on budget
- Collaborate and contribute to the decision making process with your creative and strategy counterparts
- Champion creative thinking with our clients while ensuring the work connects back to the strategy
- Manage multiple client stakeholders at various levels
- Grow and develop a supporting team
What you'll bring:
- 6+ years of industry experience.
- A passion for continuing to grow your craft
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Your experience, creative instinct, and problem solving to contribute to solid decision making
- A strong understanding and experience of traditional and digital production
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- A "can-do" attitude - no ask is too big or too small for you
- A entrepreneurial spirit - you take ownership of your work and bring fresh thinking to the table
