Full Job Description
Job function:

The Account Director is the senior client-facing leader responsible for managing PCN Collection's beverage brand relationships and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable business results.

This person sits between the client and PCN Collection's internal fulfillment team, translating client objectives into executable strategies across hospitality, venues, cultural activations, creators, DJs, content and distribution.

The Account Director is ultimately accountable for client satisfaction, retention, campaign performance and account profitability.

Responsibilities:

Client Leadership
  • Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned beverage brand clients.
  • Build trusted relationships with founders, CMOs, brand managers, sales leaders and field marketing teams.
  • Lead client onboarding, kickoff meetings and strategic reviews.
  • Translate business objectives into clear campaign strategies and KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships.

Campaign Strategy
  • Build campaign strategies using PCN's Culture Distribution System: The Position → Distribute → Activate → Influence → Sell → Reorder → Optimize
  • Develop campaign scopes, timelines, budgets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate Campaign Managers, Venue Managers and external partners.
  • Ensure campaigns remain aligned with client objectives and budgets.

Performance Management

    • Sampling efficiency

Commercial Responsibilities
  • Manage account profitability and scope.
