About the Role

The Account Director brings value to our clients by analyzing, solving, and presenting viable integrated solutions to client pain points. They identify and inspire new workstreams and solutions that lead to client growth, collaborating with and drawing upon the expertise of DAVID's vast resources and capabilities. The Account Director is a trusted advisor and partner to senior brand managers and marketing/category directors, as well as agency leaders at similar levels. They are exceptional leaders of teams, inspiring others to act courageously, and championing great creative work. They will be heavily involved with the execution and management of individual projects and campaigns.
What You'll Do
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Partner with DAVID's capability experts to deliver integrated solutions, identify new business opportunities, scope of work, and revenue
  • Manage account teams
  • Look for opportunities and formulate plans to manage and exploit them to drive business
  • Put clients first, interfacing regularly with all client levels and constantly striving for innovative solutions and big ideas
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration skills with internal teams, pulling together agency resources to effectively and seamlessly support your client's business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creative and strategic partners, effectively navigating conflicting priorities
  • Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
  • Demonstrate responsibility and accountability for overall agency performance and flawless delivery
What You'll Need
  • 10+ years' experience in account management, including 3-5 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles, including digital marketing
  • An appreciation for how great work gets done, and a commitment to ensuring creative excellence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
