Responsibilities

  • Set and agree on strategic priorities and goals for client
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor for client strategy and priorities
  • Articulate customers' current and future business priorities
  • Accountable for a portfolio of clients in the Americas
  • Focus on Lead Generation and new business opportunities
  • Manage the Contract Renewal process including negotiations
  • Drive new business growth through customer advocacy
  • Monitor Client Revenue (ARR) and Customer Satisfaction
  • Maintain senior-level relationships across all client functions
  • Manage internal stakeholders to achieve customer goals
  • Travel globally to maintain customer relationships
  • Coordinate solutions with operational and product teams
  • Measure and improve client interactions through KPI setting and reviews

About the Role

With responsibility for account strategy, relationships and revenue, we are seeking a US Account Manager to build effective professional relationships, represent our customer's business priorities and liaise with all departments to ensure optimum Customer Success. This is an exciting role that offers the experience of working with global airlines in the region.

Reporting to the VP Account Management, Americas working closely with the US Relationship Director, the US Account Manager will be instrumental in retaining, developing, and growing relationships and business with our clients in the Americas (North America and Latin America).

Please note this role is based in the US near our hubs of either Beloit, Orlando, or Dallas.

What you'll be doing
  • Own the Business Development and Financial Performance of client.
  • Set and Agree Strategic Priorities and Account Goals for client.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor and understand the strategy and priorities of a client.
  • Effectively articulate the customer's current and future business priorities.
  • Personally own and be accountable for a Portfolio of clients in the Americas.
  • Focusing on Lead Generation and finding new business opportunities with clients.
  • Own the Contract Renewal process for these Customers including negotiating contracts.
  • Drive new business growth through greater customer advocacy and reference-ability.
  • Ensure effective monitoring of risk of Client Revenue (ARR) and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Relationship Mapping: Maintain senior level relationships across all functions of client.
  • Internal stakeholder management to achieve customer goals.
  • Global Travel to maintain customer relationships.
  • Work closely with operational and product teams to help co-ordinate solutions.
  • Capture, Review and improve on client interaction through setting KPI's and account reviews.
  • Act as a point of escalation for the Customer for issues or feedback.


What we're looking for

  • 2 years' Experience in Complex, B2B SaaS Account Management.
  • Previous Experience working in the Aviation industry is preferred.
  • Experience with Account Management principles (e.g. Key Account Management).
  • Commercially minded with strong business acumen, supported by analytical skills.
  • Detail oriented, driven, able to prioritize efficiently and take initiative.
  • Ability to build an excellent working relationship with all stakeholders, including Management and Operational teams.
  • At ease working in a fast-paced international environment with different cultures.
  • Willingness to travel and work extended hours to meet deadlines (when applicable).
  • Strong empathy for customer challenges and a passion for travel and technology.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate technological solutions.
  • Educated to a diploma/degree level.
